Brainstorm: Handling Holiday Sales

Each of these brainstorm sessions are informal ways to share ideas while getting to know other team members. Team members will be invited to answer questions like: 

  • How has your strategy changed for the holiday 2020 season? What resources have helped you to develop your strategy?

  • Are you preparing for online events? Are you participating in in-person events?

  • Are you planning special giveaways or seasonal items? 

  • What have you learned from other holiday season that are helping you prepare for this year?
