Every year the NY Handmade Collective has worked to put on local markets around New York City. Our makers and our customers all look forward to these shopping events and finding the latest creations from our team. Things couldn’t go as planned for 2020, but as makers, we’re pretty good at getting creative. Which is why we are excited to announce we are hosting The Etsy Market on November 28 and 29, 2020.
Meet the Member: Martha Colon
Today we chatted with team member Martha Colon founder of Meow Cleeva®. What started as a logo has now evolved into a comic character for a book series and animation shorts. Through her illustrations Martha captures the moments in the life of her fashion-forward character Meow Cleeva®, a vaudeville performer in the sleepless city working undercover as a fancy dog walker!
