West Side County Fair x NYHC
Sunday, September 6, 2026, 1 – 6 pm
(rain date: Sunday, September 13, 1 - 6 pm)
Outdoors - Pier i (yes, the letter) in Riverside Park South (at 70th Street)
Part of the Summer on the Hudson programming run by the Riverside Park Conservancy, the 22nd West Side County Fair is expected to draw about 8k people across the day. In addition to our handmade vendors, attendees will enjoy live bands, sideshow performers, carnival rides and games, cotton candy, and more. NYHC members will be first along the entrance to the pier.
Contract and vendor fee payment due: July 15, 2026
Logistics:
Riverside Park will have golf carts to help get you and your setup + products from Riverside Blvd to Pier i.
Limited vendor parking spots are available inside the park near Pier i.
We load-in in 2 waves: 11am - 12pm for vendors driving into the park with pier access; 12pm - 12:45pm for vendors walking in, using Parks golf carts, or otherwise parking on site (but not directly accessing the pier via vehicle).
Load-out: 6pm – 7pm
Public bathrooms are next to Pier I Café
Pricing - Vendor Space
The vendor space pricing includes our marketing fee and credit card processing fee. Each space includes chairs (provided by the Parks Department). NYHC will pool the marketing fee funds to pay for sponsored social media posts to promote the event.
Half Space (5'): $43
Tables are not provided or available for rent; you must bring your own table/clothing rack/etc.
