Brooklyn Pop Up Artisan Bazaar at Fort Greene Park
Saturday November 7th, 2026 (cancelled upon severe weather)
Located along DeKalb Avenue from Washington Park to just past South Portland Ave, and running concurrently with the Fort Greene Park Green Market
9am-4pm
This is our second time partnering with Brooklyn Pop Up at their weekly outdoor Artisan Bazaar in Fort Greene! It runs concurrently with the Fort Greene Park Greenmarket (aka farmer's market).
Contract and payment will be due by Monday, Sept 28, 2026.
Good to know:
layout notes: because of the layout of market, customers will only pass in front of one side of the tent. Shares will have two parallel tables within the tent with a wide walkway for customers running down the center. The short side of the table (rather than the long side) will be facing the crowd walkway.
load in starts at 7:30am; vendor space must be ready for customers at 9am
vendors can unload along Dekalb Ave
parking: there is street and metered parking all around.
public bathrooms available in Fort Greene Park and neighboring businesses
wifi reach is limited so plan to rely on cell service for transactions
electricity is not available

BKPU requires all vendors provide their sales tax ID number. If you need one (it's free to get) please go here before submitting this partner market day application: https://www.tax.ny.gov/bus/st/register.htm
This form is for a shared booth:
Shared Booth (half of a full booth, 5’ x 10’): $92
The NYHC marketing fees are included in the total booth fee. NYHC will pool the marketing fees to pay for sponsored social media posts to promote all participating members.
Tents are not required at this event, but if you bring one, canopy must be WHITE and you must bring weights. BKPU highly recommends that all vendors have tents as the market is rain or shine, but many get by just fine without a tent.
No table or chair rentals are available at this market.
Reminders
All displays and merchandise must fit within the 10' x 10' booth footprint.
No more than 2 tables can be in 1 booth, or no more than 1 table and 2 clothing racks can be in 1 booth.
